I was sent to Dr. GERALD by the VA in Tuscaloosa. She found a cancer on my face and sent me to another surgeon. She didn't mark the cancer on the photo she took so the surgeon make a guess!! It wasn't the correct place. I left 4 messages to find out what I should do. Not one person returned my calls. I did report them to the VA advocate. Still no call back.
