This place sucks. Everytime I go to get an injection they pull the nurse from Marshfield so I can't get it done. So my husband has to give it to me. It's happened about 7 times now. Then I went to refill my medication and the doctor takes it away from me without even talking to me about it. I've been on this shot for over 2 years now. I've had it. 2 years of nonsense. Think I'll go somewhere else.
My kids therapist diagnosed my kid wrong he got worse and ended up hospitalized. I will never entrust my childs mental wellbeing with another therapist from here. All they did was cause more pain. Not to mention their billing department sucks and it takes months to fix any problems.
My experience with Burrell is really bad. The reviews on the Internet for Burrell are equally bad. The therapists I've met with have been of no help. I was referred to a psychiatrist in early November by my primary care physician to review my meds. The first appointment available was January 7, over 6 weeks away. When I arrived that day, they said that the appointment had been messed up and that I would need to make a new appointment. They were able to get me in on January 14.
