Dr. Starr performed my Cesarean and I fully recommend her. I met her briefly at a prenatal appointment & she came off terse but professional. It was such a quick check up I didn’t think much of it. When she was scheduled to do my Cesarean, I started reading these reviews online and the comments about bedside manner scared me. Doctor Ann performed my emergency c-section a couple days ago. As a professional she saved my life and did a great job considering that I hemorrhaged and had a complicated case. They took my baby without informing us what was happening and even though my husband and I kept asking about him, nobody in the room were responding. She proceeded to yelled at me that she can’t provide that information and that she was busy working on me. Dr Starr is fantastic. All my best friends go to her because they appreciate the real deal. She doesn’t sugarcoat, but she’s practical and appreciates our unique situations. She is an expert in her practice and should be respected as such.
Dr. Starr is a great doctor. She is knowledgeable, confident, and sincere. All these other reviews about her don’t do her any justice. She’s passionate and if she feels strongly about something or knows it’s the right thing to do, she’s not afraid to tell you, which I appreciate. She pushed the vaccine on us pretty hard the first two visits. I understand that she wants to keep the baby and I safe. Other doctors did as well.
