she botched my hair cut now it looks like a splotchy mess bc she just started cutting in different lengths and layers. She cut several inches off even though I said I only wanted the ends cut. She didn't even cut the style to match my face. SKIP OR SPEND THE extra money for a decent hair stylist who knows what they're doing. Ann is very sweet, welcoming, and is happy to accommodate last minute appointments. While you know exactly what to expect with products you purchase online or in-store, it’s not really the same with hair stylists. Low rated reviews aren’t necessarily negative and instead depict how well the customer enjoyed/agreed with the stylist. My husband gets his hair cut with Ann and always comes out looking amazing. He pays $65 for a men's cut with a tip so it isn't too unreasonable especially considering it's Mountain View. They have online appointment scheduling on their website for those of us that would prefer to not talk to other people whenever possible.

Almost doubled their price after pandemic, while the service is worse. Unrecommended.
