This was my 1st visit. I dropped off my engagement ring & wedding band to get an appraisal for renters insurance. I also had other jewelry from my mom & grandmother. The woman that I met with ( from upstate NY) was very patient with me. She looked at jewelry to see what stones they were. I was pleasantly surprised by my grandmother's ring. In NY, someone told me not to wear it, diamonds were cracked, maybe loose too but not certain & if I were to reset ring, diamonds would crumble. This was not the case.
