I just want to say that my experience getting auto insurance on my two vehicles this afternoon was about as pleasant as anyone could ask for. My agent, Charlene Stroud, was amazing. First of all, she got me an incredible quote for my policy which I am just thrilled about. Second, Charlene was so pleasant, efficient, and very thorough. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to obtain any kind of insurance to go see her!
We were paying over $440 a month with GEICO & Monica contacted my husband a month ago to offer him all of the same coverage for less than half of the amount we were paying monthly! She was persistent & very helpful throughout the whole process (which is exactly what we needed!) Thank you Monica!
