Dr. Hicks is great. He listens to your issues and works to resolve them. My problems. Came his and resolved. Also shout out to Michelle in front office, always a smile and hello. She makes you feel welcomed.
Hill Country Audiology is my happy place. Dr. Hicks is the best and my new hearing devices have made such a difference in my life. He has a great staff too. Story and I always look forward to seeing Michelle. The new office is great, easy to locate, and there is plenty of parking. If I could give him more than 5 stars , I would. Fredericksburg is lucky to have Hill Country Audiology.

Dr Hicks is thorough and very knowledgeable on hearing loss. Well appointed officer with all the latest technology. Front end staff very friendly and easy to work with on any questions.
