From the moment Michelle warmly greeted me I knew the Fredericksburg office was going to be a good fit. Then I met with Dr. Kaelynn Castenada and everything went perfectly. Kind, compassionate, and imminently professional, she is the kind of audiologist that will keep me coming in. Hill Country Audiology clearly focuses on their patients needs and health. They are a medical service organization using Doctors. Other services I have used or explored were all focused on selling me on their products. They are sales organizations first.
Everyone has been so nice and supportive and so nice to talk to.
Dr Castaneda was awesome! She explained everything before, during and after my hearing test. Showed me my results. I have minimal hearing loss and she let me try out some hearing aides for two weeks anyway. I definitely recommend her and this practice. Super helpful and very nice.
