Always professional and makes my old rancher husband understand and feel comfortable.
I’ve been to several different audiologists over the years and Hill Country Audiology Service is by far the best I’ve dealt with. They are the most knowledgeable, professional and helpful of all the places I’ve visited. The entire staff is always kind and friendly. They make the transition to wearing hearing aids almost seamless. I can’t thank them enough for all the help they’ve provided. We are fortunate to have Hill Country Audiology Service here in Fredericksburg.
These are the kindest, people you will ever meet. Turns out i dont need the services yet, but i feel i have made some wonderful trusted friends.
I am quite pleased with my experience at Hill County Audiology! When I made my appointment, the first opening they had was a couple of months away. However, when they had a cancellation they called me. I was able to get in soon enough to order my hearing aids & get them in by the time I go on vacation. My vacation is going to be much more enjoyable since I will be able to hear better. Dr Hicks & the staff are very concerned with their patients & attentive to their patients' needs. I highly recommend Hill Country Audiology!
Vicky was prompt and did a good job taking care to see that hearing aids attended to. I would recommend the entire staff to take care of your hearing issues.
