On the plus side, staff was courteous and helpful. On the negative, this facility has a very cold, impersonal atmosphere, including the gray and beige decor. Patients are run through like an assembly line. Family is not allowed in the recovery room, as is customary in hospital related surgical centers. Never saw or spoke to the surgeon. The patient checks in, is whisked back into the interior surgical suite, and is wheeled out out when done.
