RecommendedWe don’t get to shop here as often as we would like, but we always love going here! The staff is always helpful and friendly and the fabrics are wonderful.
We brought in a sewing machine that I had inherited to see if it needed to be serviced. Rick checked it out and just recommended oiling it ourselves. No charge for his service. He offered a few tips on the machine and got the oil and needles I needed. Very friendly staff. Look forward to coming there again.
I have shopped there (loved the great selection of fabrics and the service. I brought my first Bernina there for services some years ago. I live in Toledo and we no longer have, to my knowledge, Bernina service readily available here. Yesterday, I had a problem with my machine that I thought might be easily fixed with over-the-phone guidance. Your wonderful service department gave me a quick phone consult, and.....voila, I am back to sewing! Thank you! Thank you! I will be back!
The employees make this place great! They have everything I could ask for. They answer all of my questions and give great suggestions.

Great store. Great selection of fabrics. But the most important thing is that they know their sewing machines and have a fantastic repair team. Also, any time I have a problem operating my machine, they have always been able to walk me through the “operator” error over the phone. They are wonderful!
