Caitlin was invaluable in navigating the Ann Arbor market, and was especially familiar with our particular neighborhood. We bought two investment homes in the same Ann Arbor neighborhood with Caitlin, in 2008 as the market was changing and in 2010. We got immediate comps and information to help us make our decision - on the homes we bought and the ones we didn't.
