I purchased a softner from this company and was told it would take care of my hard water and the smell....it doesn't. Bought from this company even though he was higher priced than everyone else in Ann Arbor. I knew the water was hard and thought he carried a better softener. I was wrong. Have called him numorous times complaining about my water.
