Nowadays they are horrible and managed poorly. Solely for $$$ these days. I had been seen in this office the better part of 20 years. Always saw Mark, heck seldom even saw dr Edelmann in the office. Mark leaves and suddenly they are rude, want to charge for medical records being sent to another dr. office. Hmm and they expect ppl to believe that patient care is a priority. The new PA doesn’t believe in chiropractic care and Edelmann would rather peruse his other interest than save his practice.

My family has been seeing Mark for almost 20 years. The nurses are very friendly, especially Sandy. I will continue coming here for years

I love everyone here. I usually see Mark and he's terrific. He listens and helps to figure out things. I sometimes see Dr. Edelman and like him as well. The nurses are great too. Always so friendly and kind. I've also had only positive interactions with the front desk crew. Love this practice and will stay forever!!!!

The doctors in the office a great, I see Mark Meister and recommend him highly. However, the office staff are extraordinarily rude. Do not expect anything but a nightmare when dealing with them, even the manager, Katy.
