Don’t go there for eye exam or glasses!!! After you paid everything, they will send you extra bills that come out of nowhere… it is a scam
Outstanding staff from receptionist to optometrist's aide, to optometrist, to optician, everyone is personable, professional, and knowledgeable.
My experience was pleasantly wonderful. From the moment you step through the door it's a professional, warm and inviting atmosphere. There's a better selection of frames online but I'd encourage stopping by if you're in need of glasses.
I recently became a patient at Clarkson Eyecare, Ann Arbor location. I had a great experience with all staff, and their services. Everyone was professional and friendly. Pre-exam consultation with Oscar (technician) was thorough. Dr. Saflo was also excellent. Along with performing an efficient eye exam, she took the time to educate me, which I truly value. I will be returning, and I would recommend them.
