Location, location, location! Well maintained and a great staff. 5 star!
The location is perfect if you want to be close to everything in the Downtown area. Management is super reliable and maintenance is top notch when it comes to apartment repairs. I enjoy the community and the attached parking garage is so convenient. Only negative is the parking fee monthly is a little pricey .
I am celebrating a year living at ACA and have just loved it. The building is always so well maintained and any need that I have had has been met with absolute immediacy. Special thanks to Nicole for ALWAYS being there expediting and going above and beyond with grace and kindness!
City Club Apartments is an amazing community just steps away from all the best restaurants, stores and bars in downtown Ann Arbor! Everything about the building from the main entrance, to the zen garden, and especially the individual apartment units is beautifully designed, luxurious and comforting!
