I've lived in the same apartment now since 2024 (and have already renewed for a third year), and I'm so happy living in an apartment with AAA/CMB! I'm especially happy because Jenny, Woody, and the construction team, did a phenomenal job with a renovation and enhancement to my kitchen. You can't find a better value for your money here in Ann Arbor than with AAA/CMB!
I love everything about living in an apartment managed by CMB. The staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Savannah. She really helped my spouse and I choose a place to live with her friendly demeanor. I enjoy the maintenance staff who seem to be over doing a little bit of something all the time. Cleaning up the ground, doing repairs, maintenance on the building or on a unit… they do it all and always with a quickness to it. I really enjoy being here so far and only foresee continuing to be.
