Since the halal meat controversy in 1996 he has devoted himself to provide the Muslims in America with food outlets they could trust. The ingredients used are 100% Zabiha Halal. Starting with a grocery store in Chicago IL, he had a challenge of up to $50,000.00 for anyone who could prove against his claim.
