9/19/2026- Does NOT accept Tri-Care insurance until full AnMed transition. Have been here twice in the last four years when it was MEDcare. Never an issue. When I went on 9/19/2026 was informed during the transition they are not accepting Tri-Care or VA Care. Front staff was nice.......but still patients need to know this before booking and/or showing up.
Told me to go sit and wait in the er to be seen I told them I wasn’t gonna go to the er and wait 14 or more hours to be seen .
I made appointment, entered all my info online before including insurance, got there 10 minutes early like they asked and they still took forever. She said I was checked in then 20 minutes later calls me up to the front desk and ask for my insurance. What was the point of me doing it online? It said I was first in line then they took people back before me that didn’t have an appointment. Just a waste of time honestly.
If you value your time and health, go somewhere else
Gloria did a great job stitching me up and explaining the process to heal correctly . She is very kind and is great at making an uncomfortable situation comfortable .
