Dr. Saylors seemed okay and I wouldn't say this review is directly her fault but expecting a mentally ill person to be consistent with appointments is not exactly fair (I understand neither is wasting her time) but to refuse refills for medications is dangerous and careless. I wouldn't recommend this Psychiatry center. It's not fair to suffer more because you can't be consistent. Worst place I've encountered, because I don't like one of the psychiatrist they won't let you switch to a different one because it's a mixed of interested. Like the f I need help
They won’t release my medical records to me, and I am the patient. Especially the reception lady who has a horrible attitude and doesn’t need to be dealing with people period! I only had one visit and they discharged me because they did not take my insurance, instead of verifying it all prior to seeing and setting me up with an appointment like my other doctors have done! I would not recommend this place to anyone!
Would give 0 if possible. Spent 2 years on a waiting list to have my referral accepted because facility only had 1 certified counselor. Had already been getting treatment from a good facility. But was paying out of pocket b/c insurance issues. Went in for the initial consult.... WOW!!! UNBELIEVABLE..... Never met A person anywhere, with less empathy to be in the position she was.
