They have a new receptionist.... She was given instructions to scan your insurance card... But, if you already have been doing business with this place for many years and they have your CURRENT insurance information on file, that is not good enough! I was denied medical care on a scheduled appointment with my regular doctor because the newbie desk clerk didn't have the common sense to ask somebody with a little experience in this doctor shop to figure out what to do in this situation. I suspect my lawyer will love this case.... read more
Was in for my surgical checkup in July. Upon check-out we were told there was no charge for the visit. Now, two months later I have received a rudely worded bill for $180 !!! This is how a professional office is run? Charge thousands of dollars for services and then charged again to checkup on their own work.....upset & confused.
