While I loved my nurse Stacy, I have problems with the doctor who treated me. I was in a good amount of pain, and he completely dismissed it. My condition was solved for approximately 3 hours, knowing full well that I wouldn't be able to make an appointment for 2-3 more days for follow up. He offered nothing to relieve the pain, and sent me home with an antibiotic. The swelling has gotten worse, and the pain has tripled. Stacy, on the other hand, has my complete respect, and gratitude. Very friendly and professional staff. I felt very comfortable and would continue to use the facility.
Upon arrival I was the only one there...walked in was greeted and checked in...wait time maybe 10 mins to be seen. I was in and out within hour to hour and half.
The facility was clean and pleasing to the eye. The doctor and nurses were kind, friendly, and efficient. We were in and out in about an hour and fifteen minutes. I will go back to this facility again if needed.
