Went in for an appointment and was judged right away. Made me feel uncomfortable and didn’t want to do business with them after having my dental provider talk about me outside the door with someone else and assume I did drugs. Another woman came to me and asked if I was even in pain at all because they have other patients who need more work done. Sadly, This isn’t my first bad visit here at this dental but after my visit today. I don’t feel comfortable going again.

Absolutely impossible to schedule necessary care
UPDATE: As you can see, ANMC makes the same boilerplate reply to every bad review. Trust me, they do not care or they would at the very least respond individually. I took my son to a private practice dentist (who happens to have a rating of 4.9 out of 5 stars) and he said "that's insane" that ANMC would delay the completion of a root canal because "the serious tooth infection is most likely going to return, and return soon. It's so sad that everything takes several months to schedule even if kids need immediate help. I wonder how many people in Alaska are suffering because of the lack of care from the dental side of this organization. My kiddo is suffering, I can tell you that much. I have (politely) given this feedback to every individual I talk to at the dental clinics for ANMC and Benteh Nuutah and it always falls on deaf ears. It must be really hard to work somewhere when you know you are constantly letting people and kids down. :(
