I usually give a medical facility the benefit of the doubt. My experience was not great it was mainly the customer service on the phone. I believe she needs a little my training in the customer service department also need to learn how to not inconvenience there patients with there rules. I have not met the doctor so I will not speak on him but if he accepts that service then it doesn't speak much volume.

My family and I have been to many doctors, in many different States, including overseas, but having Dr. Sagar as our Primary Doctor has been a blessing to me and my family. He is thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. His staff, including the nurse that draws blood and the nurse that checks our vitals, are very professional and courteous.

My experience has been horrible. The professionalism shown by the staff at this office is deplorable. I have had a balance on an account for almost a year and trying to have it refunded to me and it has been absolutely impossible. It is unconscionable to believe that a doctors office has to be reminded multiple times to send what should be an automatic refund on a patient’s account.
