I’ve been with Dr. Sagar for a dozen years. And though there have been some bumps, I can always say that Dr. Sagar cares and goes the extra mile to make sure that you were heard and any tests will be done. If you have any concerns with his office or himself talking to him or his staff always brings resolution. Even though I encourage him that it’s time for him to retire. He does not because he has too many people who come to him, even as far away as Florida to see him.

I was originally told by this office that I had enlarged lymph nodes in my neck and was advised to monitor them yearly after they referred me to a specialist. When I recently began having serious neck pain and tried to schedule an urgent appointment, the office abruptly refused to see me with no explanation. The Office Manager (also the provider’s wife) hung up on me, refused my calls, and told staff not to speak with me. I usually give a medical facility the benefit of the doubt. My experience was not great it was mainly the customer service on the phone. I believe she needs a little my training in the customer service department also need to learn how to not inconvenience there patients with there rules. I have not met the doctor so I will not speak on him but if he accepts that service then it doesn't speak much volume.
