I tried to get my Mother to see someone else due his bad rating of 3.4 and reviews. Unfortunately, this was not possible. He came in the room and did NOT speak nor introduce himself. No bedside manners. He told her what test she was going to get. She asked him about another pressing issue that she is having and he said he knew nothing about it and he needed to wait until her primary care informed him about it. Horrible I have never taken any kind of drugs RX or otherwise she made the comment 'That women like you' I was floored but she dangled my freedom in front of me and said if I didn't take em *!*-! and that I would be in them a long time. I'm currently purging my body and system still of these drugs and I will getting all my medical records to a Attorney! Stay away from this facility if you possibly can! Especially the specialty Clinic. The doctors do not know what they're doing. They do not order the correct Labs they do not listen to you. The staff is incredibly rude and shaming. Beyond rude, they are practically abusive. No one knows how to use the software system. Literally the lab could not draw my blood because the front desk could not figure out the software to check me in. I have been a pt for years at the pulmonology clinic. I was seen in urgent care on Saturday, Monday they told me to call pulmonology and check in to see if they wanted a follow up appointment. I was diagnosed with pnuemonia and strep throat. I have a condition call no IGA means you have no first line immunity. Since I had not been seen there for 13 months they refused to see me. I have been impressed with Jennifer Fejfar as my family doctor. She listens and I have felt heard and respected as a patient. She has been correct in treatment plans for addressing concerns I have and offering suggestions that have worked. Jennifer puts the patient first and spends the time necessary to provide great care! After 2 years of complaints about needing a simple scan for flank pain being left with only that I needed to stop eating, I ended up in the back of an ambulance and after a 3 day stay at another hospital with an amazing doctor that listened. I found my kidney and ureters were full of stones. Due to negligence I almost died. If he doesn’t listen to you like he didn’t listen to me, get a new doctor immediately!!!! He doesn’t take females seriously.
I've been dealing with Unity Point's Robert Young Center for over a year now and the caseworker never calls back. Today she didn't show up for a meeting we made in advance. She called 20 minutes before she was supposed to be here. I didn't get the voicemail until 5 minutes until our meeting time. Completely useless. I cannot trust them anymore. This was the last straw.
I really miss him. Where did he go? He was my doctor forever and he just left. Does anyone know where he is?
Misdiagnosed Scarlet fever as HFM. Our son will never get back to how he was prior to the illness.
