One of the worse days of any parents life, became the best experience at this facility. From the triage People to the nurses and Drs that took care of my 4 year old baby. Thank you Nurse Andres for everything you did!
During my ER visit, I experienced unprofessional behavior from the nurse assigned to me. She did not introduce herself and was consistently rude during our interactions. When I asked if everything was okay, the situation escalated unnecessarily. This negatively affected my overall experience, and I hope this feedback helps improve patient care in the future. (Nurse LeeAnn with the orange and black hair) If you get her request another nurse trust me.

I went into the emergency room reporting difficulty breathing with other symptoms. I walked out with a prescription for cough medicine and was told to take ibuprofen for pain. I didn't report coughing or pain. I was shocked with the summary completely not addressing my concern. Turns out I had a reaction to the cold medicine I was taking. With all the doctors, tests and equipment I wasn't properly diagnosed. I could've died.
