Dr. Jindal is really kind, interested in my health.He does an excellent job helping me with diabetes. The only problem I have if you cancel an appointment, it is difficult to get another appointment promptly. I had to cancel an appointment, I got another appointment two months later, then the Dr office called and booked a new one one month later, so I am 3 months later.
They Billed my insurance for a visit that I had record of canceling in January. Have called the billing department 4 x in the last 3 weeks, left several messages, unable to get anyone to return my calls and answer why they are billing for services that were never given?
First things first, the office is kept way too warm! It’s so stuffy and I was sweating just sitting in the waiting room. It got a little better going back to the exam room but was still pretty uncomfortable. Second, my appointment was at 12:30pm and it is now 1pm and I still haven’t been seen. The issue is they want you to show up 30 min early so I was told to come at noon for a 12:30 and I actually got here at 11:45am and they make you sign a paper stating if you are not 30 min early they have the right to reschedule you, b... read more
I can tell he care about his patients and really makes the best decisions for his patients health. I'm glad to have him as my endocrinologist
