Dr Shah is one of the kindest doctors I have ever encountered. He has treated my mother for many years . Unfortunately my mother was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer , and she was no longer under Dr Shah’s primary care, but the amount of support that my mother has received from him is something I will never forget for my entire life . Dr. Ankur Shah is an excellent internist. He is extremely attentive, very personable, very knowledgeable and thorough. He takes time with each patient, addressing issues of concern. His staff is courteous and efficient as well. He returns calls, by the end of the business day. It is rare to find a physician of his caliber in today’s times. My spouse and I highly recommend him as a PCP.
Came in for a strange reoccurring sickness I’ve been having. Did not even care to ask why I had scheduled an appointment upon arrival. Immediately once he found out I was on a general anxiety medication, he started diagnosing my symptoms as “stress” or “anxiousness”. As a young healthy woman (who had a grip on my mental health), I can understand as to why some may not take me seriously in some situations, but when it comes to my medical health and status, I would like a doctor who at least listens to me.
