No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

They gave me inaccurate and/or incomplete information and the treatment plan was wrong.The test was wrong according to another doctor. I had to change to a different doctor or I would be dead according to the new doctor.Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The doctor was abrupt and uneducated about my other ailments and objected to my service animal which is required by law. Then she accused ME of being argumentative.

I submitted my wife's records for evaluation. Her blood work came back 'abnormal" with a serious problem. She was instructed to have a bone density scan, but this is impossible at this time because she cannot lay flat on her back while the test is conducted. Records from 2 previous scans were submitted for evaluation. When we heard nothing from the doctor(s) I called twice to find out any information. No doctor has responded. Did not understand Vita...Saw her once and she was done with you...after that you got a very cold NP who could care less...bad experience overall. As a female I expected some empathy... They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I was never able to relax during my appointment. Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute Did you feel safe in this provider's care?
