I scheduled an online service appointment request. I never received confirmation of my appointment. I had to follow up with the company to confirm the day and time. I also wasn't aware of the $85 fee for a quote. I assumed the quote would be free like the other two quotes I received. Don't make my mistake and get sucker into paying $85 for a quote! There was no upfront transparency from the company on the quote charge either. After you pay, they try to convince you that the $85 fee gets "rolled" into your purchase. AKA coerc... read more

Update 08/22/25 They profusely apologized and immediately scheduled service on 08/20. My garage door is finally fixed and I am happy. 08/18/25 Customer service is awful. I just purchased a house and need service on my door and have tried to schedule service three times. The first time they told me they "don't want their guys out late and want to go home early" .
