I’m reviewing this months later after I have fully recovered from my injury in which I had chronic foot pain and unable to walk for more than 30 minutes. I started my road to recovery after GOING ELSEWHERE. I had a lingering foot injury for months and they upon coming here and their approach was always to ease my symptoms with multiple ibuprofen regimens, custom orthotics, new shoes. Thought I had found a great ankle doctor finally after years without an answer, but the billing is absolutely insane. I really like Dr. Glick, but I was quoted one price for a brace I needed and was charged a much much higher price than originally discussed. I missed one call from them and immediately called back, but their call system makes no sense. There were multiple instances when I never received a call back after leaving a message. Service was terrible. Communication is non existent and toll free numbers are design to keep you from scheduling any appointments or receiving any customer care service. Absolutely zero customer service available. Left multiple voicemails and no return calls. Random fees being added from years ago after only 1 visit with no way of disputing these false charges. Ankle N Foot Centers lack of staff and inconsistent billing practices have been disappointing. Despite providing insurance information, billing errors persist, causing inconvenience and frustration. Despite providing my insurance information, there have been recurring issues with claims not being processed correctly, leading to repeated billing notices.
