Quality of service and professionalism: My appointment was for 4pm, I arrived at 3:47pm. Usually when you walk into a doctor's office or any professional establishment, you are greeted with,"we will be right with you." ....or "Here fill out this paperwork."...or..."How may I help you?" . Not even close! When I walked in several of the people there behind the counter saw me and said nothing! I'll be taking my business elsewhere!
