Everyone at this office was very nice and helpful. Then Mike took me to an exam room and was very thorough with questions and finding out what problems I was having. When Dr. Wilder came in to the room he kindly greeted me and made me feel at ease when I discussed my concerns with him. Even though my problem wasn’t an extreme situation, he took his time with me and answered all the questions I asked. Dr. Walker is very kind and patient and through. He made sure I wasn’t having any pain in my toe and encouraged me to go back to being more active because my toe was better.
My first impression of Dr. Wilder and his staff left me feeling heard, seen, and cared for greater than I expected. There is not enough I can say about the level of service that I received on my recent visit...but I'll try, lol. First, the location is great. The Snellville office is off of Hwy 78, but I love that there is a light there, which helps during high traffic times. Walking into the office, there is a wave of calm that you are met with.
