Dr Reddy and his staff are absolutely wonderful! My husband started going to him I think 5 years ago because of a really bad infection in his foot. He's been seeing Dr Reddy since, and I just started going this year. I love how kind, generous, and caring he is with us. He gives us time and never makes us feel rushed, he explains what he's seeing in layman's terms, and his staff is so incredibly kind as well! Very great service. Nice people with great attitudes. Had to have an ingrown toenail cut out and they made the procedure as less pailful as could be.
Service at the front desk was not very pleasant. I expected more professionalism and some kindness and respect. I came in with my insurance, Anthem (the website listed their facility as in-network) and the front desk denied my coverage without explanation. I had to call my insurance to fully explain why and front desk was very dismissive about the situation, I basically had to dig information from my insurance to finally get the explanation that my plan it was not in their specific contract.
