DR. was very knowledgeable. She gave me options for treatment. Office staff was great with getting correct codes for my visit
Completely dissatisfied. On 8/12 I placed an order for Ortho insoles. Provided a "good faith" deposit of $230. Almost 8 weeks later I called to check the status. Was told that they needed to investigate and call me back. Two weeks later still no call back. Call again and I am told they were never ordered. I was then told that they would pay the extra fees to get them expedited. Went to pick them up today (10/16). I simply asked for a "good faith" discount considering what happened. I was denied. Horrible

Dr. Beverly is a wonderful provider and takes her time to answer all my moms questions as well as address her needs. The staff is great too.
