Everyone is friendly and personable. I have had nothing but great experiences during my appointments!
The doctor is excellent. The receptionist is rude and unaccommodating. She took me to wait outside because I forgot a mask. Meanwhile my 86 year old mom is inside, and I attend her appointments with her because she is hard of hearing. I asked the receptionist for a mask and she said she was "low." That means she had some but would not give me one. My mom is upset about it.
The doctor was great, but the girl at the front desk was very rude both times I was there. I didn’t enjoy the vibe!

From the initial phone call, these folks were wonderful. Filling out all the forms prior to arriving was easy and helped save a lot of time. The office staff are friendly and professional; and inclusive of Dr Friedman there's a strong sense of "caring." What a healthcare concept! Hard to find and great to feel. I recommend them wholeheartedly!
