On time got in out fast problem solved
First, I want to say that Dr. Sparks, the nurses, and Heather at the front desk are great. However, the ‘lady’ that handles billing is very rude and condescending. Unfortunately, during my last visit I had a cortisone injection in my foot that ended up causing half of my foot to go numb (and is still numb a few months later) and I’ve also lost the ability to move the toes on that foot. Dr. Sparks and her entire staff are kind, welcoming, and above all knowledgeable. I knew I was in good hands as soon as I entered the office. Dr. Sparks takes time to listen to your symptoms and carefully investigates the underlying issues to correctly diagnose and treat the ailment.
