I went to see Dr Gale for for a ingrown toe nail removal. Haveing no experience with this, honestly i was scared. Dr Gale and staff helped put my mind to ease and have made sure im healing fine. I highly recommend their services.
Waste of time... first appt I was called 10 minutes before and told office had flooded due to hurricane. I'd already driven an hour and a half... but understandable. Days later I was called and given new appt. I was referred for bone spurs and bone overgrown. Neither issue was addressed. My 3rd appt I left at 6am for an 8am appt. I was told that I had 9am appt that receptionist writes her 9s like 8s. So I'm there 2 over hours. It didn't matter that I had appt card. Today there for my 4th appt I arrived early. Not only did it take an hour and a half for the doctor to see me, when he came into the room I was told that he did not have time for me that day. He then made unprofessional comments about the coworkers that let me into the room. Dumbfounded, I paid for the office visit without thinking. It’s has now been a complete fiasco to try to get a refund due to difficultly with getting people on the phone. I would not refer Dr Gail to anyone. Absolutely horrible experience.
He worked with my husband and me. He was very good.
