Dr.Becker has done 3 surgeries on my right foot. I had Sarcoma cancer in my ankle. I met Dr. Becker after an ER admittance. He came in with a giant smile and explained what needed to be done. He was always friendly and kind. My 2nd and 3rd surgeries were on same foot after rushed ER admittance. He got my file in late afternoon and drove back to the hospital and did emergency surgry at 7:00pm. He was really worried about me and did not want to wait. Dr. Gale and STAFF were awesome!
I was very on edge about going to see Dr Becker this morning after reading all the bad reviews. I already have high anxiety when it comes to new doctors. I was seen in the Rincon office. And I was very pleasantly surprised. They took me back with in 15 minutes of my appointment time. I was never alone more than 5 minutes if that long. The tech who did my in processing and X-rays was super friendly and encouraging. I wish I had gotten his name. Dr Becker was very nice as well. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Total waste of time. Booked an appointment for my wife, but after waiting for an hour and not even being called back she asked about the delay. She was told very rudely that they “have a lot of patients to see.” She was so frustrated that she just ended up leaving. Maybe not a doctor but our time is valuable as well. Respect yourself and find somewhere else to get treatment.
Dr. Gale is a top notch physician that provides excellent care and I am proud of what he did for me. I will recommend him to all my family members and colleagues.
