Not happy with results from bunionectimy.
I went to see Dr. Ray cause my feet are numb all the time. I received different treatments for my feet and was diagnosed with different things going on with them. Now I’m going back cause my feet are still numb and hurting and now my toenails are getting dark. I’ll follow up later on. Dr Ray helped me a lot before so here I go again.
Centralized call center for new appointments. Took all your information before discussing available dates for appointment (3 weeks out), which didn’t work for us.
Dr. Ray is thorough and knowledgeable but easy to understand and talk to about your pain and issues. Staff are friendly. Facility is clean. The only complaint I really have is that it is fairly expensive, even with insurance... and many procedures are not covered.
