I’ve had to visit this location for ingrown toenails and plantar fasciitis. Dr Adam’s and her team took great care of me. She had great bedside manner, explained everything in understandable terms and was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. Highly recommend!
If I could give them a zero I would because I have called this facility around 10-15 times in the last 3 months with no results of them sending my MRI request to my health insurance and at one point they had me contacting my health insurance, which my health insurance told me that it's the facilities job to contact them about the MRI request. Plus, my insurance is the one that told me they never received my MRI request and I let the facility know and the front desk person said that the doctor didn't do my notes correctly to ... read more
Saw Dr. Adams for the second time in the last six months today and she was wonderful as usual. Fix my foot problem quickly. Also, they have a new girl Angie at the front desk that answers the phone and boy is she different from the last one!! both Dr. Adams and Angie are very professional very kind and upbeat
In 2023 I recieved a bill for a co pay and when I called to make a payment for a co pay bill the individual that I had talked to said my balance was at 0.00. 2 years later I recieved a call through a debt collector and when called by the foot and ankle clinic they had admitted to having internal issues with their billing dept and that they sent me to collections without even a phone call to collect what I may have owed them due to their own internal issues!!! I would never visit this clinic again!!
DO NOT waste your time. I went in February 2024 for Cysts on my foot. They take xrays, and I wait. 10 minutes of waiting and the doctor comes in, looks at my foot and says they need more imaging. They don't event touch the Cysts to feel what they are dealing with. So I sign release forms for them to obtain previous records. Sent on my way and told they will call me to schedule a follow up.
