I am searching for a place I can feel secure in going to, whether be good or bad reviews, What really turns me a way from a place like this is the unprofessionalism that this place responds to bad reviews, most places who receive bad reviews usually say I am sorry for the experience you had etc.. Always putting blame on others, I feel for anyone who is a patient here..

The way the owner has responded to negative reviews is completely inappropriate and unprofessional and comes of as defensive and callous. I was hoping to bring my mother to this branch because it's close to her home, but this alone is a turn off. I get why they had a bad experience.
No issues here. The office staff were very polite. They helped every step of the way from paperwork to surgery. Dr. Wittock was very professional, knowledgeable, and very polite. My foot surgery went very well and took care of me every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. Wittock for any of your ankle and foot issues. Thank you!
Staff in the office is very unfriendly. There was a mix up with my address in their billing department and I did not receive my bill. I was turned into collections within 60 days of my appointment. After paying the collection I scheduled another appointment and was told that they would no longer accept my insurance and I would have to pay the cash price.
