Just wanted to share my experience. I’ve seen Dr. Wittock before and my mom has seen him several times. My job switched to blue shield insurance this year and the secretary had somehow never heard of it before. I don’t carry physical insurance cards these days and have everything in my Apple wallet. They asked me to email it which is totally normal but I couldn’t send the email from inside their Suite and had to leave the entire building for it to go. I am searching for a place I can feel secure in going to, whether be good or bad reviews, What really turns me a way from a place like this is the unprofessionalism that this place responds to bad reviews, most places who receive bad reviews usually say I am sorry for the experience you had etc.. Always putting blame on others, I feel for anyone who is a patient here..
professional and friendly! I was very impressed. seems like all the negative reviews are from people who can't follow simple directions.
The way the owner has responded to negative reviews is completely inappropriate and unprofessional and comes of as defensive and callous. I was hoping to bring my mother to this branch because it's close to her home, but this alone is a turn off. I get why they had a bad experience.
No issues here. The office staff were very polite. They helped every step of the way from paperwork to surgery. Dr. Wittock was very professional, knowledgeable, and very polite. My foot surgery went very well and took care of me every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. Wittock for any of your ankle and foot issues. Thank you!
