COLD, DISMISSIVE, AND DANGEROUSLY UNRESPONSIVE. I saw Dr. Ankita Dalal for several years, and she was consistently dismissive, unresponsive, and uncaring. It often took weeks — sometimes months — to receive replies to urgent health concerns. She ignored serious symptoms, failed to follow up, and made me feel dismissed and uncared for.
