I saw Dr. Shah on 06/09/2023. He was supposed to prescribe gabapentin for my severe nerve pain. His office never put the prescription into the system. I had to go to the hospital over the weekend because the pain was so bad and I was never given anything. It’s next to impossible to speak to anyone. Nobody calls you back. Even when they say they’ll have someone call back. There is no accountability or respect for the patient. I will be searching for a new PCP asap.
Dr Shah is really caring and tells you everything about your condition and involves you in your care. He talks to you in a way that you understand and always asks me if I have any questions. Dr Shah really spends time with me until I feel I am better. He is the best doctor I have had and I hope he doesn't leave this place. He always talks with so much respect.
