Dr. Medhekar is wonderful. This was my first visit with him and he had done his homework with reading my chart and understanding my situation. Great bedside manner. He said he viewed himself as my "support team" to make sure I stayed healthy and lived a long, healthy life. Very refreshing from some doctors who can have a bit of a god-like view of themselves. I feel very fortunate to have him as my primary cardiologist.
Dr. Medhekar reviewed his findings and made a several recommendations to improve my health. His goal is to lower my blood pressure and he prescribed a new medication and asked to monitor it regularly. To date, it has work and makes a difference.
What a nice doctor! Seems to really know his stuff. Very helpful and reassuring.
