Doctor was nice enough during my appointment but when we discovered I had a rare skeletal issue returning, one I don’t have a surgeon for, I was kicked to the curb and told to “figure it out” myself. When I later called to try again and I pointed out most of the elite surgeons who handle these cases want referrals, and won’t just take a patient who calls, I was brushed off and hung up on by Bansal’s PA. The lack of support was beyond appalling.
I can’t say anything other than… Thank you Dr Bansal! I am 96 percent back to my original self and I am improving every day.
