I got acrylic nails for my cruise, and they didn't even put it all the way down. They also didn't push my cuticles back.

I’ve never had a worse experience in my entire life. I’m licensed in cosmetology and there wasn’t a single protocol they followed. They reused the same foot scrubber on me as another guest and used a nail file to get off my old polish. I told them at least five times don’t cut my nails and she brought out the clippers and I had to physically get up and stop her from cutting them because I told her it gives me awful ingrown toenails.
