I’ve never had a worse experience in my entire life. I’m licensed in cosmetology and there wasn’t a single protocol they followed. They reused the same foot scrubber on me as another guest and used a nail file to get off my old polish. I told them at least five times don’t cut my nails and she brought out the clippers and I had to physically get up and stop her from cutting them because I told her it gives me awful ingrown toenails. First time, in all of the years I have been a customer, that I have paid $70 for a French pedicure! YEARS! I handed her $80 and she did not even attempt to give me the change, just stuffed it into the register (I always tip $10 anyway) I always refuse the extras and wasn't handed a book so I suppose they take it upon themselves to charge for the most expensive service and did not receive anything different. Very disappointed and will never be back.

worst pedicure i’ve ever had. i had fairly long toe nails and she trimmed them way too close and uneven. my skin is all scraped up and my toes have never looked this bad in my life. she pretty much cut my toes nails off entirely and didn’t even paint the pinky one all the way and the nails are SO uneven. i am mortified and don’t want anyone to see my feet like this and toe nails take a very long time to grow back. save your $80 and just do them yourself. the owners seem incredibly nice but this is just terrible.

I think these photos speak for themselves. Extremely disappointed in the quality, been going here for years and this has become a recurring theme. I’m appalled they saw my nails like this and let me walk out the door. I’ll be finding a new salon.
