Great place to get Buisness insurance. Great customer service.
I have been insured with Ankeny over a year, the renewal seemed difficult for them and I was never told to expect a bill for my bond so my license ended up getting suspended and I found out from a client that it was suspended due to lack of bond. When I contacted Ankeny, Addie told me it was my fault because I didn't read my mail, never apologizing for miscommunication or showing the slightest empathy. I'd give no stars if I could. Will set up my renters insurance, and entered the wrong email address. So, I wasn't getting any notifications. He knew I was moving across country, took my money when I was in VA, and I never heard from him again.
