I'm terrified of the Dentist. They did a wonderful job, made me feel super comfortable, explained every step and my dentures look amazing. I give them 10 stars 🤩
Absolutely love being a patient here! I had a dental emergency and the staffs were able to get me in IMMEDIATELY. They are super nice and inviting and will do everything in their power to help you. I will continue to send my friends and family over here!
A year ago I had a great experience here, but not so much after my last appointment. I had to cancel my initial cleaning appointment because I was not feeling well and I had to wait 6 months to reschedule. When I came in for my cleaning, there was a long wait to get checked in and it took a long time for the staff to acknowledge me. Once I went back, the person who took my X-Rays was okay, but the dental hygienist was awful. I had this hygienist before and last time she was super friendly. The staff at Ankeny Dental was very professional and went out of their way to make a scary experience not so scary. They talk you through the procedure, and they listen to your concerns. There is no way to take all the pain out of the procedure but the staff at Ankeny Dental goes above and beyond at making sure that you are as comfortable as you can possibly be throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them.
