What a great team! As we were out of town they graciously visited the house took pics, did the quote all with me away. They picked the car up and did the repairs. I timed a trip back and the car was ready to collect, shined and in perfect condition. They cleaned the car and even polished out a minor scuff. What a friendly, helpful, professional company and team. Thank you all very much for the excellent service.
Ankeny Auto Body did an excellent job repairing my Mom's car when she was involved in an accident. The staff was very friendly and polite and the whole process was very easy. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

They have always done excellent workmanship and I have been very satisfied. This last time they overlooked adding plastic coating to the door as I specifically requested in the estimate. I was impressed that they accepted responsibility without argument and fixed their oversight for no additional cost. Not only is their workmanship excellent but they have high ethical standards. A rarity in todays world!

This is the second time in 6 months that my car has been hit and had to have body work done at Ankeny Auto Body. We are very happy with the work that was done, the customer service, and the friendliness of the staff. They go above and beyond to stay in contact about the progress of the repairs. In one of the incidents, Ankeny Auto Body told us that the insurance company needed to replace the car seats in my vehicle, which the insurance company failed to mention. We highly recommend them!
