This clinic is a joke for customer service. I called the receptionist after coming home to my husband letting me know they were rude, hardly looked at my cat, and gave a rabies shot with out getting approval because of her attitude. She was scared and they were holding here down. I understand this is what they have to do. But to say it’s because of her attitude is a little much. RecommendedEverybody that works there is amazing, and they don’t charge you an arm and a leg to take care of your for babies. Love love love Stephanie
I have been going to these vets for years. they go above and beyond. When my fur baby Jake took a turn for the worse after surgery I was in contact with them the whole time. I ended up having to put my baby down at an emergency clinic. When I went to the clinic the following day I was greeted with hugs and lots of moral support. Thanks for loving Jake as much as his family did.
We have been trusting our babies to Ankeny Animal Health Clinic for almost 13 years. They have been there through it all even the sad times when we had to say good bye to our pets. We bring all 4 dogs in at the same time and the office handles it without skipping a beat.
They are great with my cats and dogs. They have great staff and I will always take my pets there.
