We are tenants that have been working with Kwok from ANK Properties as the property manager for the past 3.5 - 4 years. Kowk and the ANK team has been responsive, professional, fair and helpful. We are grateful for their property management over the last 4 years in our current rental. From a tenants perspective and as someone who has worked personally in property management, we recommend them as property managers.
No show for twice already. Irresponsible company
